EXPERIENCE

As Head of the kitchen garden of Chiswick House, former Managing Editor of The Caterer, Editor of Diageo’s World Class site and previously sous chef at St John restaurant my love of food – and drink – has taken me in many different directions in life. But I have had always one focus: to make the best of my ingredients.
